Rotary Dehumidifier

The kernel structure is a rotating alveolate rotor which is a compound of the high-temperature-resistant glass fibre carrier and the activated silica gel with extremely strong moisture absorption capacity.
On both sides of the rotor, the sealing plates are used to divide the surface into two sectors, one 270-degree dehumidifying sector and one 90-degree regeneration sector. When any humid air enters the first sector, the vapor is adsorbed by the silica gel, and sent out by the blower after dried. As the adsorbed moisture increases, the adsorption capacity tends to be saturate and needs to be regenerated. Driven by the motor, the part tending to be saturate enters the regeneration sector to undergo the regeneration process.
The regeneration air (usually taken from outdoors or the machine room) is heated to a temperature ranging from 100 to 130℃ before reversely blew into the regeneration sector. The moisture adsorbed by the silica gel is desorbed into vapor which is to be rotorharged with the regeneration air by the blower, thus the moisture is transferred from the inside of the system to the outside of the same. The regenerated rotor once again obtains its moisture absorption capacity and the dehumidifying sector restarts to dehumidify.
The aforementioned dehumidifying and regeneration processes are simultaneous and going in cycles, ensuring the dehumidifier keeps working stably.
